Shop Shipping, Returns & Product Policy
General Overview
This policy applies to all physical products sold through the official Amara Nomad Stay online shop, including jewelry, wines, champagne, chocolates, and future collections (coffee, whiskey, luggage). All products are dispatched from authorized Amara Nomad Stay facilities or certified partners.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation. Customized or NFT-linked products may require up to 21 days before shipment.
Delivery Time: Standard international delivery is 7–15 business days. Express delivery available in 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be sent by email once dispatched.
Carriers: Deliveries are handled by UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
Shipping Fees:
- Fixed international rate: £50 (includes insurance and handling)
- Complimentary shipping on orders above £1,000
- Customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of Amara Nomad Stay products, all sales are considered final once confirmed. Exceptions apply only if items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence.

Product-Specific Policies
💎 Jewelry Warranty & Care
All Amara Nomad Stay jewelry items include a 12-month craftsmanship warranty covering material or manufacturing defects under normal conditions of wear.
Excludes: Damage from misuse, impact, chemicals, or alterations.
Care Instructions: Avoid water, perfume, or lotions; store in the original box; clean with a soft non-abrasive cloth.
🍷 Wine & Champagne Handling
- Shipped only to countries where import is legally permitted
- Adult signature (18+) required upon delivery
- Store bottles upright, away from direct light and heat
- Damaged or leaking bottles must be reported within 48 hours for replacement
🍫 Chocolate Handling
Chocolates are handmade and sensitive to temperature. Store between 15–18°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
During summer periods, shipments may be delayed or insulated for protection. Refunds are not applicable for melting caused by high temperature during transport.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after claim approval using the original payment method (Stripe, bank, or crypto transfer).
