Platform Services

Accommodation Booking

Our platform connects travelers with property hosts worldwide. We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the actual accommodation services provided by hosts.

NFT Membership Program

We offer NFT-based memberships that provide exclusive benefits. NFT ownership is recorded on blockchain networks and subject to the terms of the respective smart contracts.

Metaverse Experiences

Virtual property tours and metaverse accommodations are provided as-is. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or VR systems.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account and wallet
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect property hosts and other users
  • Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Not attempt to manipulate or exploit our systems
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or issues

Payments and Refunds

Payment Methods

We accept traditional payment methods (credit cards, PayPal) and cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Please ensure all payment details are correct before confirming transactions. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect addresses.

Refund Policy

NFT and Blockchain Terms

Important: NFTs and blockchain transactions carry inherent risks:

  • Network congestion may cause delays or high fees
  • Regulatory changes may affect NFT utility

You acknowledge these risks and agree that we are not liable for any losses related to blockchain technology or cryptocurrency volatility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amara Nomad Stays shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Actions or omissions of property hosts
  • Technical failures or security breaches
  • Cryptocurrency price fluctuations
  • Third-party service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
  2. Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
  3. Binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
